    The Adventures of Pinocchio is a novel for children by Italian author Carlo Collodi, written in Florence. It is about the mischievous adventures of an animated marionette named Pinocchio and his father, a poor woodcarver named Geppetto.

  • 卡罗·科洛迪,原名卡尔洛・洛伦齐尼(1826年12月-1890年10月),意大利著名儿童文学作家。科洛迪精通法文,曾翻译过法国贝罗的童话,为广大小读者所喜爱。科洛迪以儿童文学作家闻名于世,他先后写过《小手杖游意大利》、《小手杖地理》、《快乐的故事》等童书,他最著名的作品当然是《木偶奇遇记》。

    Carlo Lorenzini, better known by the pen name Carlo Collodi (November 24, 1826 – October 26, 1890), was an Italian children’s writer known for the world-renowned fairy tale novel, The Adventures of Pinocchio. Before he entered the children’s literature, he composed various satirical sketches and stories relating to poetics, including Macchiette (1880), Occhi e nasi (1881), Storie allegre (1887)
