Reflections on Jane
张佩琳
After watching Jane Eyre, what kind of feeling and state of mind do I
have? As far as this book is concerned, the plot of the story is not
cumbersome, but its wording and artistic conception have deeply touched
and shocked me. The protagonist's sense and inner feelings fluctuate.
He wants to advance and retreat, and wants to retreat and advance. In
particular, there is a paragraph that summarizes the protagonist most
completely, that is, Rochester pretends to be a witch, Said to Jane
Eyre, "you are cold, you are uncomfortable, and you are stupid. You
are cold because you are alone. You are uncomfortable because you have
no chance of many sweet and happy things. You are stupid because you
know there is a happiness waiting for you, but you don't want to step
closer to him." Yes, this situation has continued since Jane
entered Thornfield house. It was not until Rochester met her after the
disaster that she broke the creed that seemed to run through her whole
love life. She finally won with her reason, but the final result of this
reason is a "sad romance". Jane is very capable, independent
and intelligent. It seems that there is something that sets her off from
the beginning, making her more rational, insightful and perceptive than
ordinary people. Maybe this is the image of Jane that the author wants
to create. The first half, at her aunt's house and Lowood school, I
think this is the cornerstone of the second half, painting, filling,
sketching, depicting and giving Jane that character. In order to get rid
of her strong desire and affection for her own life, she finally knew
that it was in order to get rid of her own loneliness and friendship,
which made her realize the importance of her own life. I love Jane
Eyre, and I love Jane Eyre even more
