This book tells the story of Columbus, the famous Italian navigator and explorer. Columbus believed in the geodesic theory and thought that sailing West from Europe would take him to India and China in the East. With the support of the King and Queen of Spain, he led the fleet on four voyages. Instead of arriving in China, he discovered the American continent and set up a trans-atlantic route to the Americas.
