    虽然法律也有一定的规律，并不是无迹可寻的。但是法律作为一种实践科学，扎根于不断变化的社会现实，两个相似的案件之间细微的差别，都有可能成为判决不同的关键因素。法律的人文倾向，使得它需要考虑人情，考虑情非得已，因此受到感情因素的影响，因此，法律并不是简单的加减法，也没有真的普遍的规律，每一个案件都需要被认真对待具体分析，而不是简单地根据案件和法条的表面一刀切。

    而正因为法条和案件事实是不变的，但是每个人都会有自己的理解，法律的答案也不是唯一的，更不是一定有正确和错误之分的。
