Looking for the essence (or nature) of virtue. Though we can name some of them, a common (central) concept of virtue is missing. Pursuing an essence for virtue is the goal, and that's probably why socrates says they all don't know anything about virtue in the beginning. BTW别copy我的答案,不然会害我作业被算作弊
