  According to the formal experience,the man seemed to be the bad one instead of the woman ,the man went to find the Holmes and left a bad impression of the woman  on the Holmes and Watson,when they first met the woman,they will think the waman is insane instead of the sufferer even though the woman say some bad on the man.

  The woman was really agitated and refused to see her husband, which I think that tells us she was not the vampire.But I don't understand why she refused to see her husband.
