From where I stand, the author writing these words held a too pessimistic attitude towards life.It is true that we will meet pain and grief during the whole life, but that can not lead to a temporary disguises, pleasure, love and fame.It is a true and complete life when we have experienced of both happy and hard life.

That is very ironic but within reason. Pleasure, Love, Fame, Riches, they represents some kind of happiness in our short life but because our life is short, they seem to be the "temporary disguises". After losting them, we will feel that they actually bring us the sorrow and tragedy: Pain, Grief, Shame and Poverty. The sorrow and tragedy make me reflect on a serious question: what is the true value of our life?

Pleasure, love, fame, riches, etc that seem wonderful and appealing are not permanent and practical, not to mention that they don't deserve our asorption and our sacrifice for them.Sometimes it's important for us to change our passive attitude towards death, viewing it with an optimistic mind and an opened-heart filled with tolerance and acceptance, where we will really acheive relaxation and happiness.
