    英大宪章中的这两条规程，以我个人而言，两条都存在着纰漏之处。其一，公民不参与政治生活是不合理的。没有公民的评议，国家内部很难达到公平；其二，公民绝对服从于统治者在和平问题上的决策。这看似合理，可懦弱的统治者在和平问题上，绝不会强攻，也不会智取，只会“舍身”换和平。如此一说，民心不但没有收揽，反倒更加慌乱，境遇只能更糟。
