Lately I've read a book called "Tuesday with Morrie" and was moved deeply.
The book narrate a true story:A professor of social psychology Morrie got Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis in 1994 , and passed by after one year. The author, Mitch Albom, was one of Morrie's favourate students in his early ages. He stayed with Morries every Tuesday during the last fourteen weeks of his life, accepted the last and greatest lessons.
An old professor with serious disease, what will he think when he faces death in his last time? In the book,he didn't act the fighter against death, but just reviewed his life. He just told us, Competition is not the single aim in our life. Only one person can be the No.1, so why not be the second or the third? He told us when sadness strikes, never be afraid and avoid it, just it deeply and forget it thoroughly......
The view imprressed me most is that when Mitch asked him: " if you have a day with totally good health, what will you do? " Morrie said: " get up, do morning exercise, have breakfast with tasty donuts and tea, then go swim, invites my frends to have lunch.I would invite just one or two friend at once, thus I could talk about their family, their problems, and our friendship. I'll go for a walk in the park, see the colour of nature, look at those beautiful birds, enjoy the happiness; In the eve we'll go to restaurants to have dilicious Italian food, maybe duck, I love duck. The rest time to dance, I'll dance with everyone, burn myself out; then go home and have a good sleep. " Yes, that's all. Such ordinary but unordinary day, everyone with good health could do it easily, but so many people wouldn't do is so.Life is easy, love is easy too. As long as you take it searously, Everyday is worth to cherish.
Read this book, talk with the old professor, then you'll learn and benifit enormously.
