飞翔在深谷的斑斓鱼
The book, through the mouth of Captain Rimel Griffith, describes the strange experiences of the four countries. But careful understanding, but reveals the dark reality of British society everywhere, and the ideal of the author.
The most impressive story of this book is The Small country. Gulliver initially thought that the small country was not like the United Kingdom, but in fact the small country is a portrayal of Britain. Through that seemingly ridiculous logic, what we see is that the king is only one nail higher than his subjects, but arrogantly arrogantly dictates the cosmic ruler of the sky, and decides the fate of the people with his impermanence. The bureaucrats do not need to have both ability and political integrity. As long as the jump rope jumps high, they can get high officials.
The two parties in the small country are distinguished by the height of the heel, which reflects the two-party politics of the British Tory Party (the predecessor of the Conservative Party) and the Whig Party (later developed into the Liberal Party); Knocking from the big head or knocking from the small head refers to the nonsense between the Catholic Church and the Protestant (also known as the Puritan, the Calvinist) about the church ceremony. For this district dispute, it has led to the civil war of the villain, and even to neighboring countries. Gulliver had to flee there because of the police system and obscenity in the country of the villain.
On the surface, the book is about depicting Gulliver's absurd and interesting journey. But It actually expresses the author's irony of current politics, and embodies the author's hopes. It is a thought-provoking work.
