"Eighty days around the Earth" is a sci-fi novel about Mr. Fogg's bet with friends that his friends don't believe that if he loses, Mr. Fogg will lose his fortune if he travels around the world for a week in 80 days. As to why he was called Passepartout, I suppose it was his nickname, for he was Mr Fogg's guide all the way, and he knew the way of every country, so it was called Passepartout. In reading this novel, you can unconsciously learn a lot: for example, geographical knowledge, the truth of life. In the language and action of the characters, you can know the strange customs and customs, so that you can understand the folklore around the world.
