My Understanding

After reading the spirit of the Chinese people,I have some feelings. First,I think Chinese people is grand.As Mr. Gu said that only Chinese people was deep,broad,simple and delicacy,but not American,English man Or France.The Chinese people are gentle.Someone might have a thought that gentle is weak and subdued. However,the thought is badly worse. The gentle Chinese is not rude Or harsh.At the same time ,we Chinese are enthusiastic to everybody.So the Chinese nation can live in the world for a long time. We Chinese should be respected. According to the book ,Mr.Gu refers to the ancient Chinese women.They should obey the three obediences and the four vitues.They can not do anything that break the secular. Because of these,the ancient women can not have freedom.They can not challenge man, be a leader,read books and so on.So,the ancient woman is lamentable.Honestly speaking,the thought has influence in the morden Chinese more Or less.Happily,the society is in progress.The most women can do anything as the men. About Chinese,it is the most beautiful language in the world. The history of the characters is centuries-old.We can use them to write the romantic poems. Due to this book ,the Chinese civilization is learnt by more people. Our country have a long history,We are supposed to be accepted by All over the world.This book sticks up for the honor of the Chinese people and changes some prejudice of the western people. All in all,after reading this book ,I know more about china.I am proud of being a Chinese!
