The author's mother didn't have  a chance to see the author to get a good fame in the literary world, and she died.His mother only acknowledged the success of the money and status,perhaps this is because  the long-term poor life brought her psychological change.The lack of material made her lost the passion for life.When the author was  young,he didn't know the contradictory feelings his mother had for her husband and children.I guess maybe it's just a powerless behavior to change the situation.Indeed,she loved her family deeply,but she was helpless to make things better.All she could do was hoping her children can get rid of poverty and loe class.All mothers are great,and we should respect them with our love.
