Grimm’s fairy tales‘ reading report
李泽仪 Vicole
After reading a story of the Grimm’s fairy tales, I can’t help thinking
the laziness and sympathy of the human beings. Grimm's fairy tales are
not just children's books, but also classic literary works that can be
read at any age. I was deeply attracted by the vivid and interesting
stories. The characters in the story are vivid in Green's pen, making
people feel involuntarily as if they were alive. One of my most
impressive fairy tales is called "The Three Hairs of the
Devil". In the story, a little boy had a prophecy saying that he
would marry the king's daughter when he was fourteen. The king happened
to pass by the little boy's village, but he did not want his daughter to
marry a civilian, so he tried to kill the little boy. And then the the
little boy eventually became the princess's husband, but the undead king
deliberately made it difficult for him to get the three blond hairs on
the devil's head. The emperor's grandmother sympathized with his
experience and helped him get his blond hair, while answering the
questions he encountered on the road. There are several truths to this
story. First, the little boy is always optimistic. Even though he has
encountered so many ordeals, he still maintains a positive and pure
heart, and is very willing to help others, in sharp contrast to the
selfish and cruel heart of the king. The ending of the story is a
typical ending of a fairy tale: good person is happy and bad people will
suffer forever. This story also teaches us that no matter how poor you
are, as long as you remain optimistic and helpful, you can live happier
than those who have the power to wear gold and silver. Fairy tales can
bring happiness to people, with the classic ending of "happiness
lives together", bring satisfaction to people. Although fairy tales
are not necessary in our lives, the truth of the book is some virtues
that have almost disappeared in real life.
