A children's book

The Arabian Nights was a successful novel. I will recommend it to children because it enlightens children have a right judgement of goodness and evil. And show the noble quality like honesty, kindness and so on. However, I want to put forward a question. The main plot is a kind man gets a chance to become rich but without working especially we are told that Aladdin is a lazy man. I understand it is a good wish that kind people live happily but whether it expresses in a wrong way. So, we can see it has obvious limitations of that times when people wanted to achieve their goals without huge effort. The Arabian nights is one of the most magnificent monuments in folk oral creation. Gorky gave a high comments on the novel. The stories in the novel contains much knowledge in many aspects which is helpful to research the history and custom of Arab Empire.
