The pupil

"The pupil" is about a penniless college student who chooses to be a tutor to make money for survival. As a result, he has formed a profound friendship with an 11-year-old tutor. This elementary school student suffers from heart disease and is out of step with the characters of other people in the family. He hopes to live with his tutor forever, but it is counterproductive. The tragic ending of the novel is very classic and quite ironic.
