The miracle in time

The miracle in time The miracle in time management writer Arnold
Bennett, the book How to Live on Twenty-Four Hours A Day reveals us how
to increase the quality of one’s life through more effective time
management in the form of humorous but convinced tone, which belongs to
prose. The article takes the daily life of ordinary people as an example
to increase credibility as well as providing the most practical time
management method with other life philosophy. After finishing reading, I
deeply appreciate the miracle in time management which can be applicated
in the updating of the whole immortal soul. As the aphorism says,
“Time is money”, we have no audacity to deny the supreme importance of
time. However, there has the occupation like the chancellors of the
exchequer, while we seldom encounter the job who will give us
suggestions on how to manage the limited time. Hence the importance of
time, which is often neglected by the majority, has the necessity to be
learnt. Time is a great deal more than money, we can earn money as much
as we want, but we only have exact 24 hours a day, no more, no less.
When we exploit the time reasonably without wasting, not only happiness
–the elusive award that we are all clutching for, but also the evolution
of our immortal soul can we pursue, like the miracle. All of us may
once emerge the thought that if we have more time, everything will be
better. It is a pity that no one will have more time even one second
than other people. So, it seems that everyone will have the interest
about how to use limited time to play a greater role. The first part,
effort should be made to accomplish something save the formal plan. If
we are content with the status quo, we may not have the resolution to
change the situation as change always accompanies the discomfort and
failure. Only when we have the courage to exceed the current state and
walk out of our comfort zone, can we reschedule the time. The second
part, accurately understand the difficulties behind the beginning. There
is on way that if we have more ardour, we will have bigger chance to
succeed. In the contrary, the more thing we undertake, the higher rate
of the risk of failure we burden. “A glorious failure leads to nothing;
a petty success may lead to a success that is not petty.” Aimed at
protecting our courage and self-esteem, we should pay attention to the
difficulties every moment. The third part, analysis our time schedule
and find out the spare time. Actually, except the working and sleeping
time, the rest time we perceive it as the time we can take advantage of.
All should we do is simple. There have three steps as follows. In the
beginning, choose the important moment under your thought to work,
investment in work. Then, practice your concentration in order to obtain
the more effective effect. Last, cultivate the reflective mood. Although
the writer suggests us to choose different time to exercise these
capabilities, I think that when we adjust for this pattern, we can train
all at one time. That is another miracle, is not it? Nevertheless, what
I say is not that the exercise is enough for one period of time, it
means that our effort reflects all faculty every time we practice it.
The whole book, which is concise but thought-provoking, depict the
method of time management from a philosophical point of view and various
easy-to-understand examples. For the purpose of managing time, the
writer wants to show us how to manage life and update the evolution of
the immortal soul in essence. Whatever the happiness which is from the
development of reason or the thought that only principles and conduct
accord can we acknowledge the meaning of pleasure, these thoughts are
beneficial for me and stimulate me to explore them profoundly. Generally
speaking, this book, feature in the simple and sample language, brings
us the most practical method of time management that I have never seen
before. In the meanwhile, under the superficial coat, we can receive a
deeper sight into the happiness and the inner soul, which is the
wonderful miracles waiting us to find out.
