After reading this essay , I understand that our faces can be used not only to observe one's emotion , but also to judge one's health. This means that the face is highly important to us. We can look at the face to see what's wrong with the body so that we can get medical in time. Besides , we all know smoking is very harmful to the body. Through reading , I learn that smoking is related to obesity. So in order to reduce the number of these diseases , we need to take relevant measures.
