纯真,炙热,执着这才是我们该有的青春时代

I remember reading the "Melancholy Theory" about Goethe and
Haruki Murakami in the "Storyteller Forum" of Youth Daily. One
of them told the story of Goethe's little book, which has influenced
many countries and many generations: "Werther fell in love with a
girl who was engaged to be married, and finally could not bear the pain
of missing her." Engels also pointed out that The Sorrows of Young
Werther "established one of the greatest critical
achievements". But more readers, it seems, would rather forget
Werther's aching heart, pick up his inconsequential "blue
vest" and restore the book to "a plain-vanilla, sentimental
romance novel." But is it really that simple? Can such a
"love" alone make this novel popular around the world? With
this question in mind, I opened the flimsy page and entered Werther's
world... Love is undeniably the central plot of The Sorrows of Young
Werther. The great value and charm of the work mainly come from the
description of love, from the hero Werther's rich social significance of
love and the tragedy he suffered because of love.
