My feelings
The time machine tells several simple stories. Scientists invented the time machine, witnessed the alienation and disappearance of humanity, experienced various dangers, and finally returned to the time when the time machine started, telling this story to others.
In the book, it is written that 800000 years later, humans have overcome nature, are free from disease, hunger, and any survival pressure, becoming carefree, beautiful. These little people play in an environment filled with flowers and greenery during the day, and at night they live in a huge palace like a mythological era. Tens of thousands of years of comfortable life have left them unaware of the threat, as well as losing the curiosity and sensitivity that humans have always relied on for survival. They are happy and comfortable, yet ignorant to the point of indifference. Scientists who suddenly appear while driving time machines only attract their attention for a short while, and they go to play elsewhere. I am naturally filled with awe at the laws of nature's survival here. The creativity, curiosity, and wisdom that humans cherish most for survival on Earth today have no place to be used in the Utopia of Pure Land. Even the more pure forms of art such as music and poetry have degenerated into simple fragments.
Some of the descriptions in the book are very novel and can catch the reader's attention.
