This is a novel by the English author Daniel Defoe, published in 1719. It is one of the most popular adventure novels in all literature. It is the story of Bobinson Crusoe, an Englishman who is shipwrecked in a lonely tropical island. He builds himself a hut, grows his own food, and becomes self-sufficient. After 23 years he meets with a group of cannibals and rescues one of their prisoners, a young native whome he calls Friday.Crusoe and his“man”Friday become close friends, and when they are finally rescued four years later, both return to England. Robinson Crusoe was partly based on the actual deeds of Alexander Selkirk, an 18th-century Scottish sailor who spent almost five years alone on a desert island. This novel is famous for its lovely details and its expression of belief in man＇s ability when left alone in nature. Do you know Harry Potter? If you haven’t read the book yet, read it now and you’ll find a wonderful world。My favorite book is Rush To The Dead Summer 1995-2005 . The Story happened in Qianchuan, a quiet town. Fu xiaosi is a clean, clever, silent boy, his best friend -- Lu zhiang is a lively boy, and Lixia is a hard and staunch girl. They are the heros of the story. My favorite scene is when Fu fells asleep on the plane, Li take care of him carefully. It looks good warmth.This is a story about a between the three children, and others. And finally, Fu becomes a successful painter, Lu is punished for his impulse .And for many reasons, Li left the Fu. The story talks about love, friendship, dreams and art.Why do I think it is a great book? Because the story are read and loved by teenagers all the over the world. It’s very sad ,but warm. This story is true, as it happened in our side.This is really a great book, I suggest you going to see it. I believe you will like it.
