The fairy gives the young man 5 chances to choose the 5 things:pleasure ,love ,fame,riches,and death.Of course the man will choose the pleasure first,but in fact he didn't feel happy but painful.Then he chose the love,but the girl's death made him feel very sad.He choose the fame next,but he felt ashamed because of this.Besides the death ,there was only riches.He chose it.Samely,he had the feelling of poverty.
