Confucius

1.approachable   

 To encourage his students to think, he talked to them casually and asked questions while teaching. Confucius did not like giving formal classes.

2.alike

At about 30, Confucius started to teach. He was willing to teach any student Alike  who came to him. He did not care if they were rich or poor, as long as they wanted to learn.  

3.Take the world as our responsibility

Confucius tried hard to think up a way to make the world a better place to live in.
