Imagination never Fade out

Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland is a famous fairy tale written by Lewis Carroll in 1865.Before I started,I searched several information about the story and its author.What interested me is that though Lewis once said this fairy tale didn’t contain any complex meanings,many readers still found many parts connected with various aspects.With curiosity,I began to read this fantastic adventure.

   The story is not only easy but also weird.At the very beginning,Alice was lying on the grass.But everything seemed to be different since she followed the White Rabbit wearing pocket watch and tiny gloves into that mysterious hole.There she changed her size quite often by eating kinds of food,while seeing so many strange creatures,which should be familiar to us but actually acted in the way similar to human beings.In the end,Alice finally couldn’t bear it.She shouted to the queen and the king,and woke up at this time.

   As the saying goes”There would be a thousand Hamlet since there’s a thousand readers”.When I was a child,I read Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland just because it’s so interesting.I loved the little Alice for I used to dream about same stories at that age.The White Rabbit is exactly the White Rabbit while the afternoon tea with the Hatter and March Rabbit is so fantastic that I tried many times to memorize the nursery rhymes.But things gonna to change when I read this tale again this time.What impressed me most is the Queen of Hearts,who often says”Off with his head!”In that wonderland,the Queen of Hearts is the ruler,everyone even the King listen to her.That’s why she is so cruel that the only secret of ruling the whole country is to have one’s head down.But Alice was different.She didn’t bow to the Queen when they first met each other.What’s more,she helped the gardeners to hide,talked to the Duchess,pointed out the stupid trial during the court.Some experts believe the Queen of Hearts is based on the queen Victoria at Lewis’ time.But whatever the truth is,I think Alice is brave enough to stand out and tell the truth.Alice’s bravery has also been shown in other parts.For example,when Alice was sent to listen to the stories told by the turtle,she always interrupted it because there are a great deal of things that she couldn’t understand.She never gave up thinking,wondering and dreaming,which really made her innocent and cute.Compared to other characters like the King,weak and selfish,the White Rabbit,which bully the weak and fear the strong,the Mouse,which always trying to show off its poor knowledge,I would say that Alice is the most honest one.She didn’t understand the royal so she is not afraid.She didn’t know the Hatter and March Rabbit were mad so she communicated with them in the same way.Also,we can see Alice’s growing-up in the whole story.She learned from every thinking she once had.Though she sometimes wants to show off the knowledge she studied from the school and always forgets about the stuff in last minute,all of her childish manners leads her to a lovely child character.

   Besides,I also watched the film Alice in Wonderland after reading.It gave a really huge surprise.Everything seemed to developed so naturally though it’s different from the fairy tale.This is the attractive place of a good story:one can always find new feelings everytime he enjoys it.It is said that Alice actually is a little girl Lewis once met during a trip.The colorful thinking impressed him a lot.That’s one of the reason the tale is different from the Andersen’s Tale and the Grimm’s Fairy Tales.Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland doesn’t contain too many theories.It just tells a fantastic adventure.The only thing you need to take is a heart with curiosity,imagination and childlike innocence.
