The novel portrays the image of monsters, showcasing human prejudice and
discrimination against appearance. Monsters are born with ugly
appearances, but they possess a warm and kind heart. However, society
has developed fear and exclusion towards the appearance of monsters,
causing them to fall into a state of loneliness and helplessness. This
reminds me of how in real life, people's prejudice against appearance
often leads to discrimination against others. We should abandon this
bias and understand a person's inner self and qualities, rather than
just judging them by their appearance.
