Tess is a novel that depicts rural life in England, showcasing the
complex moral concepts, class differences, and human nature of the
society at that time through the protagonist Tess's experiences. When
reading this work, I couldn't help but be moved by Tess's resilience and
bravery. Tess is a typical rural girl, hardworking, kind, and innocent.
However, fate was unfair to her, causing her to suffer various
hardships. In the pursuit of true love and happiness, she is constantly
constrained by social morality and class values. Nevertheless, she
bravely faced the difficulties of life and persisted in her beliefs.
