This book, written by British female writer Virginia Woolf, explores the relationship between women's independence and literary creation with her unique perspective and delicate writing style. After reading this book, I was deeply shocked, as if I was attracted by a powerful force that led me to think deeply about the status and value of women in society. In the book, Woolf makes the point that "a woman who wants to write a novel must have money, as well as a house of her own." The words were like a bolt of lightning that cut through the fog of my perception of female independence. I realised that women's independence is not only a spiritual pursuit, but also a material security. Only when women are financially independent, have their own room and enough money, can they really free themselves from the traditional constraints and pursue their dreams and ideals. This book made me deeply realise that the position and value of women in society should not be ignored. Women also have the same intelligence and talent, and they should also have the opportunity to show themselves and realise their value. However, in real life, women often face all sorts of injustices and restrictions, and they need to put in more effort to achieve success. This made me feel very indignant and unfair. However, Woolf did not stop at criticising the reality; she explored in greater depth the ways of women's independence and self-growth. She believes that women should bravely pursue their dreams and ideals, keep learning and growing, and improve their abilities and qualities. Only in this way can women become truly independent, free from traditional constraints and realise their self-worth.
