  这本书从开头主人公下榻旅馆开始，一路都在伏笔关于“死亡”的东西。鲨鱼头的宾馆，出生入死的标枪手，为复仇而追逐的船长，以及各种形形色色的人和事。虽然作家一直用讲冷笑话的方式陈述，但还是能感觉到主人公内心的恐惧、好奇、震撼、不甘的复杂情绪。更不要说姿态各异的配角和大船上错综复杂的人际关系。这其中也算包罗万象了：宗教、信仰、生死、资本、人性、美丑，种种内涵层出不穷。 好看是真好看，内容也是真的多。我现在再去类比，还是觉得《白鲸》跟《项塔兰》是一挂的。我现在就等结尾了，这个故事的悲剧气息太浓，快点看完才能快点脱身。
