Tess

Tess fascinates me than I had expected.I read this book in a low speed because of the plot.The plot of the book is quite out of my imagination.Tess is kind because she is pure and friendly to other;Tess is lucky because she met the true love from Clare;Tess is unfortunate because she met Alec,the devil who deprived her happiness and pureness.In the end of the story,I can feel the reality that true love is hard to reach due to the uncontrolled factors in our lives.The story is a tragedy although there is some happiness existing.From this tragic story,my feeling is complex.It is a truth that Tess is a hardworking and kind girl.However,her destiny is painful.She met the devil,who can also be the monster for girls now.From my perspective,we women must strenghen our power to protect ourselves.And the main problem for rape is the environment in the society.That is to say,the country must implement the elaborated laws about rape.
