《老人与海》读后感

  Shocking, admiring, and respecting, this is the deepest feeling I have towards Santiago, this persistent and hardworking "stubborn" old man, after reading this story. I deeply feel the indomitable spirit, strong perseverance, and tenacious will of the elderly San Diego.‖ No matter what danger or adversity they face, the elderly maintain their human dignity and courage. Fate was unfair to him, but he had no complaints or regrets, never lost heart, and stood up from failure... He taught us a truth through his actions and persistence, which is: people should not lose their dignity when facing difficulties and dangers, and should be brave and uncompromising.           Every day is a new day. Luck is certainly good, but I am willing to do it perfectly. In this way, when luck comes, you will be prepared Therefore, the old man persisted in going out to sea to fish for 84 days, but he never caught a single fish. On the 85th day, he gave it his all again, and finally, a big fish took the bait. The old man fought with it for five days and five nights before finally pulling it onto the boat. But the plan is in the hands of the people, and the outcome is in the sky. Storms and shark herds also come with the wind. Finally, when the old man returned to the shore, the big fish only had a skeleton left...            The quality of the old man's courage to face difficulties head-on has left a deep impression on my mind. In the face of shark attacks, Santiago, under many unfavorable conditions such as being a small man on the boat and feeling lonely and helpless, successively used harpoons, knives, and short sticks to fight against sharks, all of which highlighted the old man's willingness to face difficulties. We must face everything bravely. As the saying goes, people are not born for failure. A person can be destroyed, but not defeated.
