In this noisy world, we are often busy chasing various external goals, but we overlook the fundamental needs of our inner self and spiritual growth. We pursue likes and attention on social media, blindly compare achievements and status in our careers, and get caught in an endless vortex of material desires in consumption, while our hearts become increasingly empty and confused. At this moment, 'Chongben Xiemo' reminds us to stop rushing and reflect on our way of life and values.
