A little princess

This book mainly tells the story of Sarah, a rich heiress, and her life at a boarding school after the death of her father. From being the adored daughter of a wealthy family to becoming a servant doing menial tasks, Sarah still holds herself to the standards of a princess. She sympathizes with and helps those who are even worse off than herself, cares for every friend, and remains full of hope for life. A miracle happens when Sarah is found by her father's friend and is revealed to be a true shining "princess." Every girl is a princess—not lowering her noble head in front of unpleasant people, not losing her true nature in difficult times, and never abandoning her kindness and beauty. This is a fairy tale I read in elementary school. The protagonist is sincere and kind, and in the story, good people are rewarded. Re-reading it still moves me deeply.
