隐形人读后感

Herbert George Wells’ The Invisible Man is a simple but meaningful
story. The main character Griffin is a scientist who finds a way to
become invisible. At first, he thinks this power is great, but it soon
brings him trouble. Griffin can’t be seen by others. He starts to do
bad things: steal food and money, and hurt people who annoy him. He
doesn’t care about others anymore and lives alone. No one wants to help
him, and he becomes more and more crazy. In the end, the villagers get
angry and fight against him. Griffin dies, and his body becomes visible
again. This book tells us an important lesson: power without kindness
is dangerous. Even if we have something special, we can’t do whatever we
want. We need to follow rules and care about others. Griffin’s story
shows that being selfish and hurtful will only lead to failure.
