读后有感

After reading this book focusing on Chinese culture, I felt a deep sense of pride and inspiration. It presents traditional Chinese elements—such as Confucian ethics,Daoism ethics and traditional history—in simple and vivid English, making ancient wisdom accessible to global readers. What impressed me most is how the periodicals balance authenticity and readability. They avoid over-simplification of cultural connotations while using plain language to explain complex concepts, which is particularly valuable for cultural communication. As a future English teacher, I realize that this approach can be applied to my teaching: when introducing Chinese culture to students, I should use clear expressions to help them understand the essence of our traditions and develop cross-cultural communication skills. Moreover, these periodicals made me aware of the importance of cultural confidence. In an era of globalization, sharing Chinese culture with the world in a foreign language is not only a way to promote cultural exchange but also a way to strengthen our own cultural identity. I hope to integrate more cultural elements into my future English teaching, guiding students to become confident cultural communicators who can bridge different cultures with language.
