Book Review: Tuscany

Tuscany in Bloom, part of the Heart as a Garden bilingual series, is a lovely read for elementary and middle school students. With dozens of beautiful Chinese-English short essays, it blends vivid descriptions of Tuscany with touching life stories that warm the heart and make you think. Written at an American elementary level, it’s easy for young English learners to follow, boosting reading skills while nurturing their emotions. The only small issue is that some essays are too short, but it’s still a sweet, meaningful bilingual gem for kids.
