narration--meeting
At first, Jane was feeding the bird outside. It seemed so peaceful and pleasant; meanwhile, I felt a little bit sad that Jane was so kind but she did not have any friends. Everyone around assumed that she was a naughty and ungrateful girl. Bessie's appearance broke the peaceful scene and led us to the curiosity about who is waiting Jane, a poor orphan. After a series of description of Bessie's action of dressing Jane in a hurry and rude way, the author turned her eye to the confused Jane and described her inside thoughts.I appreciate the vibrato of the plot.
