Book Review: The Crowd
赵-
The Crowd by Gustave Le Bon studies the psychology of groups. Le Bon
argues that people lose self-judgment in crowds. They become emotional,
extreme and easy to manipulate. The book explains why groups often make
irrational decisions. Though written long ago, its ideas about mass
mentality still help us understand public opinion and group behavior
today. It is a thought-provoking short read.
