观后感

This English culture reading brings me a new view on cultural diversity. The text shows many vivid cultural scenes in English-speaking countries, including family education, social etiquette and people’s attitudes towards life.

I notice that Western education encourages children to try independently and express their own opinions bravely. People are more willing to accept new things and respect different voices. Meanwhile, I also find that although Eastern and Western cultures are different, they share the same beautiful values, such as kindness, honesty, respect and gratitude.

Cultural exchange makes the world more colorful. There is no superior or inferior culture. What we need to do is to respect differences, learn from each other and absorb the essence of different cultures. This study not only improves my English reading ability, but also teaches me how to view cultural differences in a rational and inclusive way. I believe it will help me a lot in my future English study and cross-cultural communication.
