BOOK REPORT
Recently，I have read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland，a fairy tale book，written by Lewis Carroll.Although it’s a fairy tale story book for kids,but it’s also popular among with adults.There also a lot of pc games and films recompose this story.After I finish reading this book,the most impressive things are the pure minds of Alice and some vivid sentences but philosophical.
Now we talk about the good character.First of all，I find Alice is a tough little girl.No matter what happens to her，perhaps，she is nervous and timid at first，she can cheer her up while she can remind herself not crying.Then she will try her best solving problem.Therefore，I regard her as a strong man，even she is a little girl.If we review ourselves，you can find that you are a warrior like she in the past.When？Absolutely，the childhood.For example,When I were a little boy,I always be positive at any time.If I got into trouble,I wouldn’t avoid as well as I would face them even I feared.Nowadays,I had already lost my courage,a typical coward!I fear,I afraid even little things.If there is a challenge,I prefer to avoiding.I lose courage to climb the alp but waste time to crawl on the floor.I hope,one day,I will stand on this land without fear and confusion.
The another character is kind.Or I will say kind with courage.Alice is a warm heart girl.When she encounter the Duchess,she cares about the body immediately and reminds the Duchess to protect him.After the Duchess leaves this body,she start to look after him.And when the queen wants to execute the gardeners,Alice hides them.When the court wants to give injustice judgment,she stands out for others against the queen.What attract me most is not her kind,but her kind with courage.She not only helps others but also she lends others a hand even in danger.Now in our society,even if it just lifts a finger,no one would like to help others.Lies,deceiving,fade are full of our lives so that we don’t trust each other.In terms of me,I always want to lend my hands to others,nevertheless,I always escape.I am afraid of helping others because I don’t want to be concentrated and fear to be hurt.When I were young,I wanted all the people to focus on me,so that I behaved myself actively.I would volunteer to take part in any activities as well as I would try my best to answer the questions requested by teachers.Oh,why I am a coward now.Sometimes I really hate my weakness and I wonder when and why I lose my courage and positive attitude.I hope I can be more active in my life.
At last,we talk about the curiosity.Curiosity is the engine to learn and grow.If Alice were not curious about the rabbit,the story wouldn’t exist.If Alice were not curious in her travel,everything was boring.Curiosity is the natural character of our human being.But I must indicate that most of people gave it up after they grown up.When we were kids,we were curious about everything,we asked everything and we chased strange things.If we were interesting in something,we could quickly learn it.When we faced unknown things,we could have infinite courage and impetus.But now,we lose our curiosity while we don’t want to go out of our own world to explore new land.We all believe “Curiosity killed the cat”,so that we give us the best pretext.However,I must say,if we lose our curiosity,our fate will be destined to be trivial and boring,no flash in our lives.I hope that on my way to the truth,I can hold my curiosity to open up a wider world!
The sentence the pigeon talks to Alice impresses me a lot.For the pigeon,the little girl and serpent are the same thing because they all eat the eggs of her.You might think the pigeon is stupid so much,obviously,Alice is a loving girl who is different from the terrible serpent.But do you ever have think this problem seriously?If we don’t regard us as the best creature,we see every animals equally.I think the human being must be the best enemies for all the animals.We govern all the animals,and we decide their death,their freedom.If they are humans,we must say it’s the most inhuman action.But they are animals,so that we ignore this rule.In this opinion,I think you can understand why the pigeon would think like that way.Author give the animals in the underground world the minds same as the human.They act us in the same way,for this “human”,Alice is equal to serpent if they both eat eggs.
And this sentence let me think more.Do we have the right to control the lives of dogs.pigs and so on.Do dogs really want to be our pets rather than running on the grass land.Do pigs hate our human to eat them?I think it’s a problem we never can know it.
