王宝玥I strongly agree that history should be a science, because the task of history should be to seek truth. The task of historians is to use all possible documents and historical materials to examine historical issues and draw correct conclusions. Secondly, the object of historical research is objective, theoretically real and unchangeable. This essentially determines that history is not an embodiment of subjective consciousness, and that there is only one truth. Although the record of history in a certain period of history may be diluted or falsified due to the suppression of the power of the ruling class, there is no impermeable wall in the world and the truth will eventually come out.
