I start by reflecting on whether the source of the frustration is
external or internal. If it's external, adjust myself to it. If it's my
own question, I will be positive about it. Try to change the situation
or put aside the setback and move on.
I would first calm down and think about what the problem is. Then I
might explain the situation directly to the other person to see if he
feels the same way. And then I'd better be able to solve the problem,
also the frustration.
