  I think the most effective strategy of Sun Tzu's art of war is to let national leaders not launch wars blindly. If they do not launch a war blindly, we can avoid many unnecessary losses. The war situation is changeable, and launching a war risks failure, and will cause great harm to the people. Therefore, although Sun Tzu's Art of War is a book about how to win in war, it teaches national leaders everywhere to consider the reasons for starting wars again and again.

  In my point of view,the strategy of taking the war carefully is the most effective one in Sunzi 's Art of War because I think it's hard to tell people avoid fitgting and reduce the death of soldiers in a book which teaches people how to be successful in wars.It shows that Chinese love peace from ancient to today.
