《时间机器》读后感
张兆希
The book "Time Machine" tells the story of a time traveler riding a machine to the future, presenting a strange and terrifying scene before him. Human beings are divided into two races: the Eloys and the Morlocks. The former type of person looks exquisite and beautiful, but loses the ability to work. The latter type of people have a fierce face, work all day long, and are accustomed to the damp and dark underground life. They hunt for them everywhere at night. The Morlock stole the time traveler's machine, and after some adventures, the time machine was recovered. Later, the time traveler continued his journey and saw some landscapes such as giant crabs, giant butterflies, Chenghai, and solar eclipses tens of millions of years later.
In the information I have consulted, the Moroccans and the Eloys have always been regarded as descendants of the working class and the bourgeoisie. The overthrow of the rule of the Eloys by the Moroccans and their consumption as prey is a retaliation of the working class against the bourgeoisie. It is precisely because they cannot communicate and understand each other's difficulties that the two types of people have evolved over countless years to form such twisted and divided individuals. In the current era of rapid technological development, communication between people is becoming increasingly scarce, and the behaviors advocated by people are constantly disconnected from their own behavior. There is a sad thick barrier between people, and people in different jobs are also separated by thick barriers, and classes are also separated by thick barriers. People cannot understand each other, and eventually they will split up into many people like the Eylonians and Morlocks.
Therefore, communication between people deserves our attention. Our society needs to enable everyone to occur, let problems unfold, communicate, and solve them, rather than letting problems ferment in silence and even erupt in silence.
