The Review Of The Time Machine
The author of Time Machine is Hector Joe Wells, a 19th century British novelist who wrote his first science fiction novel.
This book tells that the "time traveler" invented a machine that can travel through time and space. The scientist used this machine to come to the earth more than 800000 years later. At that time, human beings were divided into two races, namely, the weak, ignorant, lazy, indifferent, and pleasure seeking daytime race; Strong, brutal, living underground, adapted to dark night races. During the day, races are as fragile as porcelain beauties, and they are the dishes of the night races. The night race is a fierce cannibal race that hunts down the people of the day race as food whenever night falls. However, due to changes in the environment, both races become extinct. In this book, the author compares the wealthy in society at that time to the day race that will evolve, and the poor in society at that time to the night race that will evolve. Through this story, he reflects the drawbacks and contradictions of the wealth gap between capitalists and workers in his society. He fears that in the future, humanity will kill each other, similar to the tragic ending of "people eat people", and expresses his yearning for a communist society where people live an equal, friendly, and harmonious life.
As a young person in the new era and a hope for the future development of society, I should strive to improve myself and avoid becoming a person who, like my race during the day, is degraded in both intelligence and physical strength and is at the mercy of others. The time machine is a story that warns the world out of contemplation of human destiny, and it is worth pondering.
