Two servants,  Bessie Lee  and  Miss Abbot , haul the wildly struggling  Jane  upstairs. Shocked at her violent outbreak, they scold her for disrespecting  Mrs. Reed , her benefactress and master. They tell Jane that she depends on Mrs. Reed's generosity. Without it, she would have to go to the poor house.

Jane had no father, no mother, no brothers or sisters, and lived with her uncle, who unfortunately passed away, and lived with her aunt and Cousins, who were not very good.

Your answer is confusing, sometimes with "I" and sometimes with "she, her".

She has no father, no mother, no biological brothers and sisters.Except for the Reed family, although she has other relatives, she doesn't know anyone at all.But her aunt and cousins didn't like her and treated her very badly, and the only uncle who was good to her had already passed away.

Life at my aunt's house Jane Eyre was sent to her aunt's house, where she suffered discrimination and abuse for ten years. My aunt regarded her as a thorn in her side, which made her life full of pain and humiliation.
