I believe, in order to make peace, the only important thing the rulers of the countries now at war will have to do is, to build a special lunatic asylum and arrest and clap into it the few absolute incurable lunatics,—men like Professor Dickinsonwho have the panic of the mob in the brain,—the panic for the integrity and security of the British Empire and the future peace of Europe！我认为，为了实现和平，现在战争国家的统治者必须做的唯一重要的事情就是建立一个特殊的疯人院并逮捕并拍摄几个绝对无法治愈的疯子，像迪金森教授那样让大脑中的暴徒感到恐慌，对大英帝国的完整和安全以及欧洲未来的和平感到恐慌！
