Recently，i read the book called SPIRET CHINESE PEOPLE in free time, which written by guhongming who is a master in studying language and researching the difference in European and Chinese culture from the history,religion, custom and so on.he get the thirteen doctor degree. And he is a great in Qing dynasty.he had a great influence in this dynasty.then he wrote the books in English to introduce the Chinese culture to the world.So this book in order to let the west people to know more about Chinese culture,this book use the easily word to introduce Chinese traditional culture especial introduce mind of Confucius,and his word ,his opinion and how his idea develop in the Chinese ancient,introduce the traditional Chinese woman and the Chinese.so this book divide into three part to introduce them in three chapter.first,he compare with the difference in the religion between Chinese and European.he think European is full of violence.they use the army the force to let the people follow their order, instead of in Chinese society the emperor build the school and the university to teach the official must to order the emperor ,the son must order the father,the wife must order the husband.the emperor used the knowledge and the army to control the people together ,let them obey their right listening their word ,obey their rules and serviced to them,in order to maintain their control in the state.he spread the Chinese culture and the knowledge written in book in English to the European to let them knowledge Chinese a lot.he think in culture the way Chinese is better than European way.when i read this ,i am proud of our ancestor’s intelligence and the great about Chinese culture.then he wrote the traditional Chinese woman and the rules on them.they should listen and obey their husband,comparing with Chinese love and the European.but as a modern people i think we should to spread our great culture to the world .however the durance to the women it is not the wonderful quality .it is not respect the right of women.like the marry should obey the arrangement of parents ,listening the word of the women who introduce the man to the women.they can not to chose they really love.i think it is ridiculous .it is not equal about the people.in the European the people can choose the person who really love.even whatever the sex.although in some way it is disgusting but in one word this is the respect to the people or to the love. In the other chapter,he said the real Chinese adult,they have mature logic the true justice in a thing but in some way they display the innocent like a child.he think this the way to keep the Chinese spirit always young,keeping the Chinese culture always maintain forever.the key to keep culture forever is the surface can not understand in the word,but inside can understand other people .what is the right way in the society ?how to understand the justice?it is the real honest and the faith to the leader or to the friends,even to the stranger.in the nowdays China didn’t need the power of the nature.they need the moral in the people heart,it is a balance to measure whether is right or bad.i agree with him.i think the power in mind is the real treasure for Chinese.
