The Spirit of Chinese People

It is well realized that there is a group of Chinese people in the east of the world, their spirit is like the spirit of the dragon, so they are called descendants of the dragon.

I used to be confused about the Chinese spirit,but since I read Mr.Gu Hongming’s Chinese spirit, I have known the so-called Chinese. The book shows how seriously a scholar can talk nonsense. Gu Hongming had been successful in his life, he did not know about human suffering, and his judgments of mankind and society were hardly educated. However, he was not satisfied with his situation or his mind. He was only an assistant to Zhang Zhidong. This injustice, in addition to agitation into the article,also shaped his rebellious character. His vision, his insight, can not be denied that the superman, but reduced to a scholar, can not say they it is not a pity. His passionate discourse on “loyalty to the monarch”and “concubinage”is full of insights, but also biased. It can be said that romantic wishful thinking can be seen everywhere.

A real Chinese person has an adult mind and a child’s heart. Therefore, the Chinese spirit is the spirit of eternal youth, is the national immortal spirit. The Chinese people is Mr.Gu’s devotion and perfect interpretation of the real Chinese spiritual quality and the soul charm. 

After reading this book,I am more than proud that I am Chinese. I also admire Mr.Gu Hongming because he interprets the actual Chinese characters, I’m proud of him.
