interesting
Tipping is actually a most repulsive habit of Americans. It has shifted the responsibility of paying salaries from shop owners to consumers, without really increasing the workers' income. Well, it is okay if they want to do that in the US, but, in other parts of the world, the workers are getting reasonable salary, and what the Americans do is just condescending and troublesome. Think about it, tipping in China will cause differentiated services and transfer of labor from where it was to where there are more Americans, and yet Americans just keep blaming us for "not tipping". Shut up, you idiots.
