What the author emphasizes in this book is an ideal university state, that is, the university can give everyone who comes here enough freedom to develop freely, to seek knowledge freely, and to make them the best themselves. In fact, in order to do anything in the current society, we need certain philosophical ideas as support, which shows the importance of students to develop "philosophical habits".
